Citibank Complaints - Personal Loan been rejected without a valid reasons

My Personal Loan application got rejected by the Citibank, but there was not valid reasons mentioned their replies. In this regard I had contacted their customer care executive (Ms.Shirami) today and she stating the application was rejected sorry for that, reason will be sent to your mail, but I could not understand what exactly the issue finds in my loan application they simply mentioned
"it does not meet our internal credit acceptance parameters."

What is the credit acceptance parameters?, if they have some standard instructions or parameters let them inform to the customer while applying the loan, if we furnish all parameter then only can able to apply the loan? this would help us to correct our mistakes, now I don't still understand where I am making mistakes, the same Bank had approved the Credit card for me which received today morning and also I am the existing salary saving account holder of the same bank.

Is there anyway that I could get the exact reason why my loan was rejected, If there is an issue with CIBIL, I would have not approved Citibank Credit card which is applied on the same day of my Personal Loan.

I have received the same email, i would like to know whether you have received any update after 4 days as they have said that they have made an exception and will get back within 4 days?

I did receive another email after a while with the same verbiage that they can not approve.

Somehow i got to know that CITI bank has Internal scoring system for all the customers but i do not have any clue about how it is calculated.

Other banks rely on CIBIL score, if it is good than there is a very good chance of getting the loan approved but CITI bank's process is not at all transparent.

My loan was rejected. Credit Sudhaar was my choice. Initially they were slow. But their counsellors were able to handle all my queries. I will give Credit Sudhaar a positive review

And no reason, They told those internal parameters are confidential and cannot be disclosed.
Did you get any further replies to your queries from citibank.
