LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd Complaints - wrong warrent card given at the time of purchase

I am S.K. Verma . I had purchased LG Washing machine Front Load from Vijay sales vashi on dated 19/10/2008. At the time of purchase due to some special offer between 15/09/2008 to 31/12/2008. I have got 5 year extended warranty on my Front load washing machine .
On 15/10/2013 I was facing some problem with my washing machine so i called LG customer care for service because I have 5 year Extended Warranty and I got Service Request No.(RNA131015060894).
On 19/10/2013 LG service executive come to my place to check the problem and he inform me that there is some problem with my washing machine motor and he said they have to replace motor parts.
But when he checked extended warranty card he said you got wrong warranty card from vijay sales. This warranty card is for only top load machine . kindly please contact to vijay sales and get change your warranty card and than contact me for service . Even lg executive took that copy of warranty card and purchase bill.
On 19/10/2013 itself I walk down to Vashi Vijay sales store to get rectify that problem . There I talk to your customer service executive RAHUL regarding that mistake done from your end. He assured me that I will talk to my senior and try to solve your problem within 2-3 days . But when I called him after 2-3 days he said we have forward an approval request to LG service head mumbai (NILESH). He asked me to talk nilesh on his number to get my washing machine serviced.
But then on 15/11/13 LG service center had called me and they are saying that you don’t have proper warranty card so we are closing your request . So again i called vijay for this matter because thats their mistake . They have given me a wrong warranty card .their executive sold me this washing machine by saying that in this promotion offer we are offering 5 year extended warranty on LG front washing machine. Otherwise I would have purchased IFB washing machine .So , Mr.Rahul & his store Mgr. gave me vijay sales head email ID- [email protected] / [email protected] to rectify that problem occurred. So i mailed him then after on 20/11/13 they replied and asked me 2-3 day to rectify the problem . but now that i received call from vijay sales stating that we can’t repair your washing machine because Extended Wty. is Applicable on Main Motor of Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine Only, wherein Customer have Front Loading Fully Auto WM. Also, Additional Wty. Card Should be Completely Filled with details of Product(Model & Serial No.), whereas only Rubber Stamp is Affixed on Card, which Voids Benefits of Extended Wty. Card.
But that has to be filled by vijay sales or by LG ,that’s their mistake not mine. So, look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. For this I will be highly grateful to you.
I am attaching my bill and Extended warranty card and conversation with vijay sales and LG with this mail.
