Micromax Complaints - Delay in repairing my handset

I have in warranty my MMX A116,and i submited my mobile on 14th dec JOB SHEET NUMBER IS W030635-1213-6982185 but still inot recived and call or msg from service center. Do we buy mobile to use or keep it in Service center? Why this people don't understand, the necessity of mobile in this days? AND I Complete in MICROMAX helpline number 011-44770044 but they it takes a longer time to solve your problem.
i want my handset back or replace my handset.
