Micromax Complaints - Delay in repairing my handset

I have in warranty my MMX A116,and i submited my mobile on 14th dec but still inot recived and call or msg from service center. Do we buy mobile to use or keep it in Service center? Why this people don't understand, the necessity of mobile in this days? job sheet number is W030635-1213-6982185.

i sent it on all information on 14th jan,2014 but,still now i not get any call or help from micromax,..and i called on micromax they said me it will take to solve your problem!!
is that any level of service ,that micromax providing me ?/
