TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE Complaints - NOT PAID DEATH CLAIM

My name is Kapil kumar mourya. In your company ( Tata Aig Life Ins. ), I have a life insurance holder. This policy is in the name of my wife Late Sheela Devi Mourya. The policy number is C130097789. Under which I had to pay cash of Rs 25,000 at entry. Who was at my house. At first I and my wife were invited to a seminar by phone. Where by many people told me about the policy. And I liked this policy. But at that time I was short of money. He then told me that this policy is only for today. Later, you will not buy the policy. Yet, somehow I had arranged the money. And at home, all the papers and the money given to your employees. He also informed me that our employees to pick your next installment will come to your home. To submit your installment you do not need to go anywhere. Approximately 200 kilometers from our home is your office. Most of which are close and comes in Varanasi city U.P. But when it came time to proceed to the next installment, I got a call from Sneha madam. They told me that the time has come your second premium. If you say to premium, to send someone to your home. But I was short of money so I refused them. About one week later, I called again by Sneha madam. And say from the company ( Tata Aig Life Ins. ), you have a boy. Give him your premium. And he will give you his receipt. At that time, I was out of my house. After a while, my wife told me on the phone that has come to take money from the company ( Tata Aig Life Ins. ). Your branch office so far. So I told my wife to pay premiums. As previously stated that the seal on the receipt that your company ( Tata Aig Life Ins. ) was engaged. And the payment of the premium was at my house. I had total deposited Rs 50000/- in this policy. Both premiums had been paid by cash. Suddenly my wife was very ill in sep_12. They were admitted to hospital but sorry I could not save him. I have little kids also. I was quite upset about this. I was helpless. About three weeks ago, All investigation has been completed by Tata Aig Life at my home. The original papers ( as policy bond, death certificate, id & address proof with premium receipt also ) were sent to the company ( Tata Aig Life Ins. ) with scan copy also. I talked to Mr. Vineet jain (Tata Aig Life, Claim Dept., New Delhi) about my claim on this number ( 011-66662999 ). He told me that your claim has been completed. you will soon claim amount as before Holi festival. But today when I talked Mr. Vineet Jain. He told that your claim has been cancelled. Cause I asked to cancel the policy. He did not tell me anything and you will know. Then phone has been disconnected. So, I am very confused. So we want to help. I had deposited Rs 50000/- in this poverty for continue this policy , I had to suffer a lot about money. I have records of all documents about this policy. If they are needed, so I will definitely put in front of company. So we hope that soon I’ll get my claim.
I am very confused situation. And my great hopes are with you. When I first heard about the company ( Tata Aig Life Ins. ), so I trust you did too. Therefore we request that my poverty and the faith given to you. Take the right decision for me.
