Tata Docomo Complaints - Not providing payment details

I have a Tata Docomo connection for internet facility. It so happened that the company sent an executive three times within a month for clearance of the bill. This prompted me to ask the company for the details of payment I have made them from the very beginning so that I can understand the sequence of payments. But till date they could not convince me neither did they provide the payment details. In contrast to providing me the necessary information, the executives have now started threatening me on phone about the pending bills9although the facility stands disconnected now). Please look into it as I am feeling very uncomfortable. I am asking only for the details of the payments I have made from time to time so that I can be satisfied that I am not being charged unduly. Instead of doing that the company people are now threatening me.
